1. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing or using EZFlip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility​

To use EZFlip, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher)
  • Not be a resident of a prohibited jurisdiction
  • Not be prohibited from gambling by law or court order
  • Have the legal right to enter into this agreement
  • Use your own funds, lawfully obtained

3. Account Terms​

3.1 Account Creation​

Your wallet address serves as your account identifier. By connecting your wallet, you create an account on EZFlip.

3.2 One Account Per Person​

You may only have one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security​

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your wallet
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Keeping your seed phrase and private keys secure

3.4 Account Termination​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse promotions
  • Are located in prohibited jurisdictions

4. Deposits and Withdrawals​

4.1 Deposits​

  • Deposits are processed on the Solana blockchain
  • You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address
  • Funds sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered
  • Minimum deposit amounts apply

4.2 Withdrawals​

  • Withdrawals are processed to your connected wallet
  • Processing is typically instant
  • We reserve the right to request verification for large withdrawals
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply

4.3 Bonus Funds​

  • Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements
  • Specific terms apply to each promotion
  • We reserve the right to void bonuses in cases of abuse

5. Gaming Rules​

5.1 Fair Play​

  • Outcomes are determined cryptographically
